I, the undersigned Member of North Beach Association of St. Lucie County, Inc. (“Association”) acknowledge that pursuant to the Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Association, notices of Member meetings (“Notices”) by the Association are required to be sent to Members by U.S. Mail unless the Member has notified the Association that Notices may instead be delivered by email to an email address provided by the Member.
In an effort to reduce administrative costs and to facilitate efficient and timely delivery of Notices, I am authorizing and directing the Association to send Notices to me at the email address below.
I further acknowledge and affirm that pursuant to the Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Association, all Notices sent to my email address below shall constitute valid and effective notice when received by me at the most recent email address I have provided.
I will promptly notify the Secretary of the Association of any change to my email address.
